Synopsis
This goofy and fun coming-of-age stoner bromantic dramedy centres on Ryan and Daniel, played by the directors and screenwriters themselves, who spend their last weekend together before Ryan moves to Canada with his fiancée. The two struggling actors are childhood best friends. Wanting to create one lasting memory, they decide to make a film about two buddies making a film. Along the way, bottled-up secrets arise as they unpack their decades-long friendship, which puts their extremely unique dynamic relationship to the test. The film celebrates independent filmmaking but also criticises the lack of positive Asian representation in mainstream Hollywood productions.
