As part of the festival, HKLGFF takes its films beyond the cinema with the Campus Tour, bringing thought-provoking LGBTQ+ short films directly to university classrooms. After each screening, students get the chance to connect with filmmakers and special guests in candid discussions on topics that matter — safe sex, sex education, gender identity, coming out, and mental health. By sparking these conversations, the tour not only raises awareness of LGBTQ+ experiences but also builds understanding, empathy, and a sense of community on campus.
