Application methods
1. Please download and fill in the application form at “HKLGFF2009” website, then either mail the form to “2/F Qualipak Tower, 122 Connaught Road West, Hong Kong.”, or fax to +852-3150 8977 with the bank’s customer’s advice. You will receive a confirmation letter in your registered email account after the application fee is confirmed receive.
2. The valid membership card would be sent off within 2 weeks.

Special Note
1. VIP Pass is non-transferable and good for one patron only.
2. Complimentary ticket holders are required to reserve their seat in person at the relevant cinema. Reservation by phone is not valid.
3. VIP Pass holders are requested to arrive at the venue 15 minutes before the screening time. For sold-out screenings, VIP Pass does not guarantee seating once the show begins.
